V id laparotomin finner man en generaliserad fib- rinös peritonit och på ventrikels framsida ses ett 1 cm stort prepyloriskt perforerat ulcus. Hålet försluts med sedvanlig rafi. Man placerar bukdrän i varje kvadrant och sätter ventrikelsond. Postoperativt ges Nexium® och Tazocin®. Det postoperativa förloppet är sedan komplikations- fritt. Patienten utskrivs till hemmet femte dagen post­ operativt. Före utskrivning insätts eradikeringsbehandling mot Helicobacter Pylori (HP). Kontroll med gastroskopi sex veckor postoperativt visar ett läkt ulcus. Ureautand- ningstest var negativt. PAD från vävnad som togs intra­ operativt visar benign mesenchymal reaktion utan tecken på neoplasi eller HP. Svar på bakjoursfallet Bakjoursfall del II
