The goal of this meeting is to present, discuss and demonstrate high quality established endoscopic techniques like EMR, ESD and TEM-ESD practices on treating Colorectal lesions. This year we are focusing on the quality of colonoscopy in Sweden, an important topic prior the implemen­ tation of national CRC screening. As always, we are going to highlight new developments in the field but keep the focus on daily practice. We are introducing a hands-on afternoon before the workshop, containing EMR/ESD/TEM-ESD for preregiste- red endoscopists and TEM surgeons. Management of Colorectal Lesions Scandinavian Workshop – Hands-on Course December 5, Gothenburg Hands-on Course This pre-course hands-on training is aimed at the endoscopists who wish to increase their theoretical and practical knowledge in therapy of colon lesions with EMR/ pEMR , ESD and TEM-ESD in colon. We are providing 4 stations with porcine models where You´re going to have an opportunity to practice all the necessary stages of these therapeutic procedures under direct supervision of an experienced tutor. Before each training session there will be a chance to discuss the necessary endoscopic instruments required for procedure completion as well as the diathermy settings.
