Friday, 13 June will be a day of celebration, beginning with the announcement of the 2025 BJS Award winner in the morning, followed by the Award Ceremony in the evening. The ceremony will be streamed LIVE from London at 18:15 (BST) on the BJS Academy YouTube channel.

2025 BJS Award winner to be announced Friday 13 June

The BJS Award winner will be announced Friday 13 June with a video announcement by Professor Anders Bergenfelz (https://www.bjsacademy.com/page/bjs-award), followed by a press release, social media communications throughout the day, and the BJS Award ceremony streamed LIVE from London at 18:15 BST. The following week will feature a video interview with Professor Stephen Wigmore and the BJS Award winner as well as ‘A surgical life’ article by the winner.
